Home Our Team

Our Management Team at Lancashire DAF is a mixture of highly experienced individuals combined with a blend of youthful exuberance.

 

Our longest serving staff have over thirty years service and staff turnover is very low with more than 50% having 10 years or more service to date. In recent years we have been rewarded for excellent customer service with various managers and staff winning numerous local and national awards.
 

Proud of its highly trained staff it is our policy to promote from within wherever possible and a number of employees who started in trainee positions have since been promoted to senior positions within the management team.
